A good straight drive is required if you hope to par this deceptively easy looking first hole.

There is out of bounds to the right and lots of trees to the left so it can pay to be cautious on the first tee and just get your ball on the fairway.

When playing into the green watch out for the bunker at the front right.

OB will catch a slice and the green runs left to right so the good play is to the left side of the green and hope you get a run down to the pin.

The green has a lot of borrows so depending on where the pin has been placed putting can be very tricky. If you can come away with a par on this opening hole you've done well.
